How do I redeem my reward code?
Add a full bottle from your Discovery Collection to your bag, then enter your single-use code (it starts with TSV) at checkout. €10 comes off automatically.

What if I received this as a gift?
No problem. Open the redeem page, click “Having trouble? Tell us what happened” at the bottom, and let us know it was a gift. Our team will reply within 24 hours with a code sent straight to your email.
Can I use the code on any full bottle?
Your code is tied to the matching Discovery Collection. A For Him code unlocks €10 off any of the six full bottles in the For Him collection; same for For Her. It can’t be combined with other discounts.
When does my code expire?
90 days from the date your Discovery Collection was delivered. We’ll show the exact expiry on your reward email and again when you check the code on the redeem page.
How long do the 3ml atomisers last?
Around 25 to 30 sprays per 3ml atomiser, so 150 to 180 sprays across the full box. That works out to roughly 5 to 8 days of real wear per atomiser if you spray two to three times a day.
Can I keep my atomisers after picking my full bottle?
Yes, they’re yours to keep. Many customers use them as travel sprays once they’ve claimed their full bottle.
