EXPERIENCE THE POWER OF WOOD. L'Eau d'Issey Pour Homme Wood & Wood by Issey Miyake is an intense Eau de Parfum that belongs to the woody citrus fragrance family for men. Launched in 2019 as a limited edition, it celebrates the essence of woods, elevating them to the pinnacle of men’s perfumes. The fragrance opens with vibrant and spicy notes of grapefruit, peach essence, elemi resin, and cardamom. This leads into a heart dominated by two prominent woods: Virginia cedar and sandalwood, complemented by amber and a soft hint of apricot. The base is bold and masculine, featuring vetiver, patchouli, and musk.

THE BOTTLE. Inspired by its woody character, the design reflects this theme. It draws from the iconic L'Eau d'Issey Pour Homme bottle, presented in a rich brown hue with a striking dark wood cap.

THE ISSEY MIYAKE STORY

Issey Miyake Parfums is a collection that was co-developed with Beauté Prestige International in France. The first fragrance, L'Eau d'Issey was born in 1992. The idea for this scent, whose name means ‘water’, was conceived of by Miyake, who saw water as both the greatest material, as well as the greatest source for inspiration. It has had a remarkable influence upon the world of perfume.

The Miyake Design Studio supervises the creative direction for the fragrance at every stage, from the initial concept to bottle design, naming, graphics, package design, marketing tools, and publicity.

Issey Miyake’s philosophy has never deviated.
