Soir de Lune
Sisley Soir de Lune is an eau de parfum created by perfumer Dominique Ropion in collaboration with Isabelle d'Ornano, first launched in 2006. It is built to suggest a starlit evening, moving from bright citrus into a deep, enveloping heart that feels both sophisticated and rich.
The opening is fresh and spiced, with a sparkle of citrus and warm spice that settles into a softly floral middle. Jasmine and a touch of peach give the heart a rounded, luminous quality, while honey adds a gentle sweetness. Beneath it, sandalwood and a mossy, earthy foundation lend depth and a lingering warmth, so the scent develops noticeably from the first spray to the dry-down.
On skin, Soir de Lune tends to project strongly and is usually noticed across a room, and it lasts for a long time once applied. It suits evenings, special occasions and celebrations, where its presence is meant to be felt. Its refined, confident character works equally well for a night out or a polished professional setting. Its blend of florals, woods and spices feels most natural in autumn and winter, though it can be worn through all four seasons.

The Composition
Soir de Lune Eau de Parfum by Sisley is structured with layered accords that give the composition both clarity and controlled depth. The structure feels deliberate rather than excessive, moving with balance from its initial impression into a more grounded and composed core.
The opening is defined by Coriander, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Bergamot, Lemon, Mandarin Orange , delivering brightness and immediate lift while establishing the tonal direction of the fragrance.
As it develops, the heart introduces May Rose, Mimosa, Iris, Jasmine, Lily-of-the-Valley, Peach , creating a more textured centre. The transition remains smooth, allowing each note to emerge without disrupting the overall balance of the structure.
The base settles into Honey, Oakmoss, Patchouli, Musk, Sandalwood , providing cohesion and depth to the drydown while maintaining continuity with the freshness established in the opening.
