What is your returns policy?
We have a 14 day return policy. This means that you have 14 days from receipt of your delivery to request a return if you change your mind and then a further 30 days to return the item us.
How do i request a return?
Please login to your account and go to the return section in the account menu to request a return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please send returns by tracked post or courier and obtain a receipt with tracking number as proof of postage.
If your return is because of damage on receipt then we will pay for the return on production of a receipt.
If the return is because you have changed your mind then you will be responsible for the cost of delivery of the return.
What happens if an item is damaged or faulty when i receive it?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Can i exchange an item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
What is the refund process?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the original purchase price of the returned items minus the original delivery charge (if any) on your original payment method within 10 business days.
If we are paying for the postage of the return then this amount will also be added to the original refunded amount provided a receipt has been provided.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund to your original payment method.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and refund, please contact us.
