K by Dolce & Gabbana is an eau de toilette with a fresh, aromatic character, built on a citrus-led opening that gives way to a herbal, spiced heart and a warm, woody finish. The top is bright and sparkling, with bergamot and neroli giving an energetic lift. In the middle, lavender and sage take on a softer, aromatic quality, lightly brightened by black pepper, so the scent feels clean rather than heavy. As it settles, tobacco, tonka bean and cedarwood add a sweeter, dry warmth that rounds out the close.
Projection is moderate. The fragrance tends to sit close to the skin and carries at a conversational distance rather than filling a room. It usually lasts through a working day, though this varies with skin chemistry and how generously it is applied.
